Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Before purchasing, please read this carefully. By signing up you confirm you understand and accept the no-refund policy outlined below.

Why we don't offer refunds

This isn't an arbitrary policy — it's based on three concrete realities of how this Service works:

1. We don't control the live markets

Our trading bot routes signals based on a strategy that has been proven over years of public live-streamed trading. But every trading day is different, and trading futures inherently involves risk of loss. We will not refund a losing day, week, or month — losses are part of trading. By signing up you acknowledge this. If you are not comfortable with the possibility of losing trades, this Service is not for you.

2. The 1-on-1 onboarding calls use the most valuable resource on earth: time

Every beta and launch member gets 1-2 personal calls with our founder during the first 90 days. These calls are scheduled for you specifically, take real time out of his day, and cannot be returned. Once those calls are booked or completed, that time is gone. We cannot refund time.

3. Once you have access, you have access

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. After cancellation:

Chargebacks

Initiating a payment chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is grounds for immediate and permanent termination of your access. We will defend chargebacks with documentation of:

Chargebacks against us are very unlikely to succeed given the documented terms you agreed to. Save yourself the effort and contact us first if you have a problem.

Exceptions

We may, in extremely rare and case-by-case circumstances, issue partial credits or service extensions if Service was materially unavailable due to our fault for an extended period. This is at our sole discretion and is not a refund.
